Weather is expected to hold thru the Fourth of July and I will be back out the next couple of nights getting my heart rate up! Here in the North Country summer is to short to waste a minute of it.

It is a beautiful day in my part of the world today. The sun is out and we have a light breeze…I took a moment to capture the day with my digital camera. The Fence separates our little acre from the neighbors. Yet it does not close us off from them…it is more of an architectural structure and is quite beautiful…covered with moss and when the shadow hit it…it is quite a visual treat. I am not the photographer I would want to be so I cannot capture it in its glory…but wanted to share it with you. The other photos are quick snapshots of over views on this beautiful June day in Moose Lake, Minnesota.
It is the first weekend of my vacation. We plan to spend time at the gym, eating clean and getting our heads in the right place to tackle our latest goals. Increased mental, physical and spiritual health. I am beginning a new 12 week challenge on Monday. Today I will be writing out my goals for the next three months. At the top of the list is to live in the moment. Second on the list is to work on my rebirth. The past cannot be changed. However we are given today…and today I choose to be the person I have always wanted to be! I am working to tear down the fences in my heart and become free of anger, frustration and other feelings that do little to advance my goals.
It has been raining for over a week but now spring has finally arrived in Moose Lake. Today, is Father’s Day and we have had peaks and starts of sunshine this Sunday. The Lilacs are in full bloom and the smell is delightful. The butterflies are swarming too.
Thought I would share the sights in our little acre of the world.
